What is the level and range of technology used in your district/school to enhance instruction and student learning?

Grades K-2
• All classrooms have document cameras, a dedicated computer and a projector.
• There is one lab for classes to use – they are scheduled for at least two 30-minute sessions a week. Teachers can sign out the lab when available. Lab also has a Smart Board and projector. Students use computers for AR, Spelling City, and other programs.
• All students take NWEA assessments on computers.
• All classrooms have at least 1 computer for student use in the classroom.
• Each grade has access to 5 iPads to sign out for use.
• Each teacher has a thin client for teacher use.
Grades 3-5
• All classrooms have document cameras, a dedicated computer and a projector. Three classrooms have Smart Boards.
• There is one lab for classes to use – they are scheduled for at least four 30-minute sessions a week. Teachers can sign out the lab when available. Lab also has a Smart Board and projector. All students take Power Speak Spanish instruction twice a week, and use computers for Study Island, AR, Spelling City and typing practice.
• All students take NWEA assessments on computers.
• All classrooms have at least 1 computer for student use in the classroom.
• All classrooms have at least 1 iPad for student use in the room.
• Each teacher has a thin client for teacher use.
Grades 6-8
• All classrooms have document cameras, a dedicated computer and a projector. All classrooms but four also have Smart Boards.
• All students take NWEA assessments on computers.
• All students use computers and/or iPads for AR.
• There are two computer labs – one used some hours for classes and available the rest of the time to sign out. Second lab available to sign out all day.
• One portable iPad lab used primarily by one teacher for technology and ELA.
• Three iPads, one for each ELA teacher use in class.
• Six Lego robotics sets.
• Four computers in library for independent use.
• Each teacher has a thin client for teacher use.

Grades 9-12:
• All classrooms have document cameras, a dedicated computer and a projector. All classrooms except the ELA rooms also have Smart Boards.
• There are three computer labs – one for computer, CAD and yearbook classes, and two available for teachers to sign out. All have Smart Boards and projectors. All students use computers for AR.
• There is a mobile lab of netbooks available for teachers to sign out.
• Each teacher has a thin client for teacher use.
